This is an old trainer made by Thunder Tiger in the 80s.  I ran across a kit at a swap meet many years ago and built it, and I found it to be a really decent airplane.  I don’t know if you want to build it for training, but it’s a good trainer and a good sport plane for 20 size engines.

The plan shows a plastic windshield.  You can make this from a bottle or from plastic sheet, or you can sand a piece of balsa wood to fit and use it in place of the transparent windshield.  That’s what I did when I built mine.
