This was my first low winger back in 1991, and it flew great with an OS 20 FP. I\u00a0 built one for a friend recently and found out it flies even better with an OS 26 Surpass.<\/p>\n
It’s not like a typical sport plane, though.\u00a0 It flies more like a scale airplane, with its own quirky characteristics.\u00a0 The ailerons are quite effective to about 45 degrees, then your roll rate slows down considerably.\u00a0 Also, you have to hold some up elevator all the way through a turn to prevent the nose from dropping.<\/p>\n
So if you want a Kaos, build a Kaos.\u00a0 But if you are excited about real airplanes but you don’t want to spend six months on a scale project, you’ll love the Semper Fi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
