This plane was published in RCM in 1969 as the last phase of the RCM Flight Training Course.\u00a0 It’s supposed to be a pattern plane, which means it’s a sleek plane with a symmetrical airfoil.\u00a0 It looks like it would do the contest pattern very well indeed.<\/p>\n
The plan shows a foam wing.\u00a0 My kit includes enough ribs to allow 3″ rib spacing.\u00a0 Leading edge is 3\/8 x 7\/8, spars are 1\/4 x 1\/4, and trailing edge is 1\/4 x 5\/16.\u00a0 (You can use 1\/4 x 3\/8 on the trailing edge.\u00a0 Just sand more of it off.)<\/p>\n
