Find the two pieces marked F1.
Spread a thin layer of Titebond, white glue, or epoxy on one half.
Clamp the two pieces tightly with lots of clothes pins or small clamps. Make sure the edges are aligned, and that the two pieces are tight all the way around the perimeter.
