This is a smaller version of the RCM Basic Trainer, but it’s not just a scaled down copy of the plan.  It was a new plan published in RCM in 1978.

Bulkhead #2 extends above the top line of the fuselage, and the plan shows the windshield attached to the top of it.  Installing a windshield this way seems like a very difficult operation, and I think the easy solution would be to round the top corners of bulkhead #2 where it extends above the fuselage.  An even easier solution would be to cut the top of this bulkhead off and replace it with a piece of balsa that can be rounded more easily.  But that’s up to you, because it’s your project.
