Here’s a weird little plane you might like. Designed as a 3 channel “Fantasy Scale” plane for 10 to 15 glow power, it could be easily converted to 4 channels or electric if you’re into that sort of thing. Personally, I think this plane is a bit large for a 10 engine, but a 15 or an Enya 19 would be pretty cool.
Although the original plane looks extremely good in the photos, it should be noted that the plan is pretty bad. The fuselage stringers are labeled as 3/16 square but drawn in the side view as 1/4 inch. The former sizes are a bit off. The most egregious error is the wing ribs. The ribs are way bigger in the rib drawings than the wing plan view, and the leading edge stick doesn’t match the label. I’m sure this is not a scanning error, because the ruler in the data block and the wheel size are both correct. Also, the original that the scan came from is my own copy that I bought from RCM, so I know the inaccuracies came directly from the original.
Regardless of the drafting errors, my parts are designed to fit together accurately, so you should be able to build a decent plane from this kit as long as you don’t try to massage everything to fit the plan. I sized the ribs for 1/2 inch of total leading edge thickness. If you want to use a sub leading edge as the plan suggests, make it 1/8 balsa, then add a 3/8 balsa leading edge. If you want to do it in one piece, use a 1/2 inch balsa stick. (If I were you, I would also add 1/16 balsa shear webs.)
