Discontinued kit from Midwest.  The plan and related info available online have several discrepancies that you can safely ignore.  Some of the wood thickness specs are inconsistent, and the instructions tell you to tape a plan supplement over the center section to build the bottom wing.  Just take the parts that are included in the kit and roll with it.

The plan shows a big slot in about 60% of the horizontal stabilizer.  I omitted this slot for greater strength in the stabilizer.
